Notably, Kacie achieved her 200-hour yoga teacher training in an extraordinary phase of her life — the second trimester of pregnancy, and as a single mother. While she acknowledges the challenges, she humorously advises against such a combination! Kacie’s dedication, even during this transformative period, exemplifies her commitment to her craft.
Currently one of her greatest passions is inspiring people in their own transformative journey, embracing meditation and harnessing its profound impact on well-being and personal growth. A remarkable turning point occurred when Kacie initiated a consistent meditation practice, after several years of teaching yoga.
