Law Enforcement Professional D’Andre Lampkin Recognized for Exemplary Service and Community Contributions
LOS ANGELES, CA on June 4, 2023 D’Andre Lampkin, a dedicated law enforcement professional based in California, has been lauded for his outstanding achievements and commitment to public service. Throughout his tenure, Lampkin has earned numerous commendations for his exceptional work in educating youth, providing quality service, engaging with the community, and responding to mental health crises. Additionally, he serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Care Staffing Professionals, a leading healthcare staffing solutions company that generates employment opportunities for healthcare professionals across the state of California.
With a strong background in community service and a wealth of experience in initiating and leading program initiatives, Mr. Lampkin has established himself as a seasoned public servant. He successfully founded the D’Andre D. Lampkin Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt human services organization dedicated to spearheading “social good” projects throughout the United States. Furthermore, Lampkin holds prominent positions as a City Planning Commissioner for the city of Ontario, Vice Chairman of the Los Angeles Region Community Recovery Organization, Board Member for the Esperanza Scholarship Foundation, and Board Member for the Creekside West Village Master Association located in Ontario, California.
Born in South Central Los Angeles, D’Andre Lampkin overcame the challenges of growing up in a disadvantaged environment plagued by poverty, gangs, and drugs. He has made it his personal mission to effect positive change in society through his dedicated public service efforts.
Mr. Lampkin is an esteemed member of the Alpha Phi Sigma — Criminal Justice Honor Society and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. In 2017, he achieved the distinction of High Honors when he obtained his Master of Science in Homeland Security & Emergency Management from National University. Lampkin has received numerous accolades, including being nominated twice for the 2017 National University Scholarship Conference and earning the prestigious National University’s 2017 Top Scholar Award and The Emerging Leadership Award. He has also been recognized with the Artist In Music (AIM) Humanitarian of the Year Award. In 2018, he was honored with The World Networks’ Community Enrichment Award for his remarkable contributions to the Puerto Rico disaster recovery effort following Hurricane Maria. Mr. Lampkin holds several certifications in homeland security and terrorism-related topics.
His groundbreaking research in domestic and international policy has been published in prestigious journals such as the William & Mary Environment Law and Policy Review and the University of Oregon’s Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation. Furthermore, his work and research on Mental Health, focusing on enhancing law enforcement’s response, have been published in the International Journal of Mental Health and Human Resilience.
