Crystal Wright is a transformation specialist. After five years in information technology, she transitioned to representing a commercial photographer, eventually opening The Crystal Agency, where she represented celebrity photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists, and fashion stylists in print, video, film, and TV.
Crystal is the author of two self-help books, “30 Days at 100 Percent: Changing Your Life 30 Days at a Time” and “The Hair Makeup Fashion Styling Career Guide,” known as the industry business bible for freelancers working behind the scenes in print, video, film, and television. She is also the co-creator of the Win Now Mentorship Program, a 12-week online course that levels the playing field for creators who want to master the business of freelancing and reach the top levels of advertising, fashion, beauty and entertainment.
As a coach, Crystal brings three decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience within the beauty and entertainment industries to her online business courses and individual and group coaching programs.
